HUAWEI SmartGuard-63A-S0 1-phase backup system

The new Huawei SmartGuard is used to respond to power outages in residential buildings. The Huawei Backup Solution consists of PV strings, Huawei Smart String ESS, single-phase Huawei inverters, SmartGuard, grid and primary loads.

Please notice that Smartguard Huawei is currently only available for single-phase systems.

The SmartGuard-63-A-S0 controls the operation of the inverter under both normal and unstable grid conditions. The main function of Huawei SmartGuard-63-A-S0 is the seamless switching of the inverter between grid-connected and off-grid operation. When the grid is available, the inverter operates in grid-connected mode and supplies both primary and secondary consumers with power. In the event of a power failure, the inverter switches to the grid-connected mode using the Huawei SmartGuard-63A-S0 quickly switches to off-grid mode and supplies only the backup loads until the grid is operational again.
