EcoFlow Smart Meter Dual CT

The EcoFlow Smart Meter Dual CT It measures two three-phase circuits and provides consumption data for compatible STREAM systems. Six current transformers monitor the main power supply as well as an additional PV or load circuit. Bluetooth, WLAN, and RS485 enable communication. This provides the STREAM 5000 and STREAM AC 5000 with a basis for adjusting their output power according to demand.

Compatibility

EcoFlow lists STREAM 5000 and STREAM AC 5000 as compatible systems. The second measurement channel can detect a third-party PV circuit or an additional load. This does not imply general control authorization for other inverters or storage systems. Connection and installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician in accordance with the installation instructions included with the supplied device. User manual V1.1 describes mounting on a 35 mm DIN rail in dry indoor locations (IP30). For the STREAM 5000 series, the RS485 wiring step should be explicitly skipped; RS485 is only intended for devices with suitable communication ports.
